âItâs October 3rd.â Except itâs not, because I didnât finish writing this 3 days ago, so now itâs October 6th. Super glad I went for that reference. Itâs been A WEEK and itâs still weeking, so forward we go.Â
One of the recurring questions I see in AZAs is about how to integrate affiliate offerings as an agency. As you may know, I offer consulting services for agencies, both to help as a service provider (affiliate setup and management for clients on behalf of the agency), and also as a professional trainer, teaching agency teams how to sell affiliate services and do everything I do on their own.  Â
Today Iâm breaking down a few of the things Iâve learned over the years when it comes to launching affiliate marketing services at an agency. The post is for paid subscribers, as usual. But also as usual, if youâre interested in this, youâll love the rest of the archive, which is opened up with your subscription! Iâve posted everything from influencer templates to pitching tips and tricks to sales funnel tactics and so many topics in between. Subscriptions keep this content alive, so if you like it (or you know, âš like me âš) please consider subscribing.Â

In totally normal news nobody should worry about, Meta launched realistic AI chatbots for some celebrities and influencers. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said âThis is about entertainment and about helping you do things to connect with the people around you.âÂ
Snapchat+ has added over 1 million users since June, adding to its 750 million monthly users. Of those, 5 million pay $3.99/month for the platformâs premium offering. Tipping influencers is coming. I can smell the âjust a few questions for youâ from here.Â
Meanwhile, Spotify is
plottingpiloting Voice Translation for podcasts. The AI-powered feature translates podcasts into additional languages â but itâs all in the original podcasterâs voice. So between this and Meta, weâre well on our way to giving the machines all the power they need to be us. Brilliant.ÂHey kids, ya readyâŠTo feel old and young all at once? Nickelodeon picked up a 15th season of SpongeBob SquarePants.Â
The annual iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour moves from The CW to ABC, with feature performances by Olivia Rodrigo, Usher, Nicki Minaj, SZA, Niall Horan, OneRepublic, AJR, Sabrina Carpenter, Miguel, Jelly Roll, Big Time Rush, NCT DREAM, Flo Rida and more. Proud to say I definitely know about 25% of that list of performers. Life. It comes at you fast. Jingle Ball airs December 21 at 8p.Â
ABCâs The Golden Bachelor drew 4.36 million viewers with the best premiere for any series in the franchise since The Bachelor in 2021. We havenât done this since the last time we did this is really a choice for a headline, eh?Â
