Hello hello friendZ! Hope your weekend was filled with things that make you happy and that your Monday is off to the best start. It’s a brand new week here at ZlataPR and I’m writing this between back-to-back all-day meetings. Busy days always keep my head on a swivel, but of all the places my head could go, I feel like that’s a pretty good one, amiright?

Real Inmates of Salt Lake City: Jen Shah has been sentenced to prison for her role in a telemarketing fraud scheme. The Bravo star was sentenced to 6.5 years, with an additional 5 years of supervised release. We will all be supervising.
In very good news we could all use, Damar Hamlin continues to improve. The 24-year-old Buffalo Bills player has been able to talk to his family and teammates after suffering from cardiac arrest while on the field last week. The player made his first post on social media since the event this weekend, saying, “When you put love out into the world it comes back to you 3x’s as much.”
Did you catch Anderson Coop with the royal scoop? Prince Harry sat down with Anderson for CBS’ 60 Minutes on Sunday night to discuss his upcoming memoir, in which he dishes on everything from his struggles from the traumatic loss of his mother to his not-so-chummy relationship with the other Royals.

Aubrey Plaza hosts SNL on January 21. Because she is the best. At everything. Sam Smith joins the show as the musical guest.
Season 5 of Yellowstone takes a break. The show aired its mid-season finale on Jan 1 and returns to finish Season 5 later this summer. I’ve tried no less than three times to get into this show and fall asleep in the first episode every. Single. Time. I’m not even a TV sleeper! It’s like a trance. Cannot help it.
