NewZ and ShowZ
In an effort to engage Gen Z consumers, Walmart launched virtual experience Walmart Realm. “Walmartrealm.com pushes boundaries as a first-of-its-kind digital shopping experience with influencer-led virtual shops in immersive worlds,” wrote CMO William White in a blog post. “It’s fantastical, it’s inspirational and simply put: it’s a lot of fun. At Walmart, we’re embracing innovation with e-commerce experiences designed with the virtual world at the heart.” Three shops currently available offer fashion and beauty products.
Max has renewed critically acclaimed comedy “Hacks,” starring Jean Smart as a stand-up comedian, for a fourth season. I just started binging and I’m already on season 3. Highly recco!
Netflix is expanding the “Selling Sunset” franchise with an order for NYC-set “Selling The City.” The setting will be luxury real estate company Douglas Elliman.
TLC has a new reality show in the works starring Alec and Hilaria Baldwin and their seven children. “The Baldwins” is slated to premiere in 2025. By then, they may have more than seven children.

Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the event will be streamed live on Hulu.
Netflix’s boxing match between heavyweight champ Mike Tyson and social media personality Jake Paul, scheduled for July 20, has been postponed due to a medical condition. “Unfortunately, due to my ulcer flare-up, I have been advised by my doctor to lighten my training for a few weeks to rest and recover,” said Tyson. “My body is in better overall shape than it has been since the 1990s and I will be back to my full training schedule soon.” The new date of the fight will be announced by June 7.
Season 14 of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” will not have the reunion that has capped every other season of the reality show, due to tension between cast members. “A reunion is meant to have resolution and it's clear in the season finale that there is no path forward in that type of setting,” an insider told People. “So the network is figuring out a different concept to wrap up the season.” The only other time in the franchise’s history a reunion was canceled was after season 13 of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” and all of the Housewives were replaced. BRING ME BACK A MANZO.
“Hard Knocks: Training Camp With the Chicago Bears” premieres Tuesday, August 6 at 9pm on HBO. It’s the 19th edition of the sports reality series, and the first time the Bears training camp has been spotlighted. “We are honored to feature such an iconic NFL franchise on Hard Knocks,” said NFL Films senior director and supervising producer Shannon Furman. “The Chicago Bears have a talented roster, coaching staff, and front office all determined to match the expectations of a hungry fan base.”
