Freelance opening for content creators! A client in the residential real estate space is looking for a part-time digital marketing assistant. Can be remote or Chicagoland based. This role will be 10 hours weekly, $22 an hour paid monthly on 1099. Client needs will include: Posting and scheduling on Facebook and LinkedIn weekly (basic), in addition to monthly blog writing and liaison work with web development firm. This person will manage monthly newsletter creation and implementation. This person *may* also be asked to develop simple assets in Adobe/Canva for use in promotional efforts but client does have a designer on hand. This person may also be asked to submit agent for local opportunities, and will manage some Chamber of Commerce relationship needs. This week, his unaccredited Christian school, Donda Academy, was kicked out of a major basketball tournament, and this morning news broke that the school would shut down for the remainder of the school year.
In an excellent move of hook, line and sinker, Apple has raised monthly prices for Apple TV+ ($4.99 to $6.99), Apple Music ($9.99 to $10.99) and the Apple One bundle ($14.99 to $16.99).
