If you read my previous Substack, you’d have seen that mama’s going back to Florida next week and she’s got mixed feelings. We haven’t been back since we moved, and while I’m very excited to see friends and family, I’m also not looking forward to Alexa telling me it’s 90F with 99% humidity. But like Beauty Director Heather Muir Maffei’s husband taught me via her post on an Instagram story some time ago, “it’s not that I have to do this…it’s that I get to do this.” And for that, I’m truly grateful.

Since the ABZs today are for my paid subscribers (hi guys! thank you!!), I’m putting the funny stuff before the paid stuffs.
As I hope you know by now, affiliate marketing is my absolute jam. Legit fangirl status here. And why wouldn’t I be? It’s raw potential! But. BUT. While there aren’t many, there are specific scenarios when I will tell a client or potential client not to do it. It’s not the best news to deliver. But in the long run, it’s always the best move. Let’s talk for a bit about all of the reasons why.
