Something about November and time changes makes the impending winter and its inevitable mood-dampening seem all the more real.
Luckily, this weekend gave us some reasons to smile, thanks to the beaming joy that is BravoCon. The fan fest took place in sunny Las Vegas, Nevada, and helped us stave off the blues for a few more weeks, one cameo at a time. I’ve got some of the highlights, along with newZ and funnieZ.
So, put away the calendar, stress, client calls, and pointless fires for just a few minutes. I promise they’ll be there when you get back! I’m here to get you through the day. So let’s get to getting, shall we? Grab the cue cards, Andy.

NewZ
If it hasn’t been your day, your week, your month, or even your year, The Matthew Perry Foundation is here for you. It’s bittersweet news, but the kind we can all get behind. The foundation was formed following Perry’s death last month. It was established to help those struggling with drug and alcohol abuse. In its mission, the group says it will be “Guided by his own words and experiences, and driven by his passion for making a difference in as many lives as possible.” 🥺
In much much lighter newZ, BravoCon was this past weekend in Vegas and it brought all the goodness our gossip-loving ears and eyeballs could have hoped for.
Tom Sandoval remained the villain in chief while also donning a puzzling denim skirt and shirtless blazer look. I don’t even have a punchline. He was the whole joke.
Paige Desorbo, Ariana Madix, and Erin Lichy all opted for the growing no-pants trend. When I say growing, I mean the trend and def not the pants, which are inexplicably disappearing and we should all be concerned. I mean, we should all be concerned, right?
Brynn Whitfield has apparently not ridden an escalator before. Her white Louboutins got stuck in an escalator. I literally don’t understand how she didn’t fall. Gold medal.
Bravo announced it ordered Erika Jayne: Bet It All on Blonde for a spring 2024 premiere. It’s a two-part documentary that follows RHOBH star Erika Jayne up to the opening night of her Las Vegas residency.
People were out for blood in the panels. During the Q&A portion of the panels, fans brought zingers including “Jen, do you think you could crawl up Teresa’s a--hole anymore?” and “Kyle, why do you keep thrusting Teddi upon these women?”
The 3rd Republican primary debate happens in Miami, Florida this Wednesday, and the fourth has been scheduled for December 6 in Tuscaloosa, AL. It never ceases to amaze me that things like Miami and Tuscaloosa are part of the same country.
We Work is officially bankrupt. The company was once valued at $47B. I
skimmed headlines inread an article describing the founder Adam Neumann as “erratic, flamboyant and sometimes-barefoot,” and honestly I didn’t need any more details to understand how things went wrong.
ShowZ
RHONJ gets louder, Below Deck goes lower, and Summer House stays hot: Bravo announced this week that The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been renewed for Season 14, Summer House gets Season 8, and three Below Deck franchises live to see another round, with Below Deck Mediterranean, Sailing Yacht, and Down Under each getting another season.
Fuck yeah. At BravoCon, Andy Cohen revealed that Peacock will run all the reunions uncensored. “It’s one of the joys of Peacock.”
Season 11 Vanderpump Rules has been cast. Lisa Vanderpump, Ariana Madix, James Kennedy, Katie Maloney, Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz will star in the upcoming season. Friends Ally Lewber and Brock Davies will also make appearances in the show, which will air in January. Notably, Rachel Leviss is not returning, opting instead to focus on her mental health. Which can obviously suffer a lot when you make choices like she does.
WE TV has announced that Life After Lockup premieres on December 1.
Did you know Willie Nelson is still alive? He is, and he’s partying for his birthday. CBS and Paramount+ will air a two-hour concert special for Willie Nelson’s 90th Birthday Celebration on December 17. The star-
stonedstudded event will feature a gaggle of celebrity friends and performers including Sheryl Crow, Snoop Dogg, Norah Jones, Chris Stapleton, Jennifer Garner, Chelsea Handler, Woody Harrelson, Ethan Hawke, and more.
FunnieZ
The break you’ve been waiting for.
Have the best week!
