Let’s Get Down To Business

Let me jump right into what’s going to happen in the next few weeks to get you all excited and mark your calendars. I’ve made resolutions and I’m sticking to them!

My course is officially launching and I’m making it a 1:1 consult for everyone rather than a Powerpoint you follow along to by yourself. I tried to be very thoughtful about how I’m going to present all the knowledge and I wanted to do it in a way that was most valuable to you. To that end, I believe lending my time to walk you through the information is the best format. It’s certainly more work and time for me, but giving you access to some Powerpoint with my voiceover doesn’t feel like it’s very authentic to how I do things. A request/signup will be forthcoming and I really look forward to working together in this capacity in 2025!

Straight from the conglomerate’s mouth: Apple TV+ is ringing in the New Year by offering an all-access pass to customers all around the world. Enjoy Apple TV+ for free the first weekend of 2025 (January 3 through January 5), Apple TV+ will be free on any device where Apple TV+ is available. All you need is an Apple ID to see what all the buzz is about.
Season six of “The Kardashians” kicks off Thursday, February 6 on Hulu. Yay for more unfiltered filtered unattainable and unrelatable content for our voyeuristic needs.

Zlata Boughts

AmLactin is not the “sexiest” of brand names for me. I love their Foot Repair Cream and it is a miracle for hydrating heels. I started using their Daily Nourish Lotion and think it’s an incredible full body moisturizer that exfoliates and hydrates at the same time. They reformulated recently too, so it smells a lot better than it used to. Def give it a go this winter!
Recently, I was introduced to the Cristel brand of cookware and I’ve become a huge fan! I have their (safe!) Non-Stick Frying Pan with a detachable handle. I find myself using it for every meal, whether it be breakfast, heating up some leftovers for lunch, or whipping up dinner. The detachable handle is an added bonus because you can use it as a serving dish too!
Pure Encapsulations brand of vitamins are my go-to. I’m a bit of a nut when it comes to researching what I put into my body (there’s a “that’s what she said joke” here), and I know that Pure is consistently researching and innovating their supplements.
