HelloZ

Hi friendZ! Jumping right in: I got a lot of amazing feedback on the last post about Creator Affiliate Lists, and it seems that Creators (ahem ‘influencers’ are a thing of the past) are a hot tawwwpic, so I’ll be happy to continue spreading some knowledge for your noggins.

Today, we’ll talk about the unsung hero of affiliate marketing in 2025: the aesthetic Link in Bio.

No longer just a random list of Amazon reccos and "use my code" chaos. Nope, today’s high-performing affiliate creators are turning their “Link in Bio” into a mini lifestyle magazine, a shoppable vision board, and sometimes… a full-blown identity crisis. What? Like you haven’t noticed??

K, more below.

NewZ + ShowZ

  • The fifth and final season of Netflix’s “Stranger Things” will be released in three batches, timed to the holidays. Volume 1 starts November 26, Volume 2 arrives on Christmas Day, and the finale will be released New Year’s Eve.

  • Season 19 of Bravo reality show “The Real Housewives of Orange County” kicks off with a 90-minute premiere episode on Thursday, July 10 at 9p.

  • Candice Bergen will pop up on season three of Apple TV+ comedy “Shrinking.” Co-creator Bill Lawrence dropped that tidbit at Austin’s ATX TV Festival while talking about Michael J. Fox, who will also guest star.

  • Hulu’s new series of standup specials, “LOL Live,” premieres Friday, June 6. Among the comedians featured is the late Ken Flores, whose performance was taped shortly before his death in January at age 28.

  • “The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox,” inspired by the story of the exchange student who was wrongfully convicted of the murder of her roommate in Italy, launches with two episodes on Hulu on Wednesday, August 20.

  • Ryan Reynolds narrates the new Nat Geo nature series, “Underdogs,” premiering Sunday, June 15 at 9p. The five-parter celebrates the unique behaviors of the animals who don’t usually get to be the stars of the show.

  • Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe is returning to Bravo as a season 15 cast member of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Zoe starred in the network’s “The Rachel Zoe Project” from 2008-13.

Welcome to the Era of the Curated Link in Bio

Remember when affiliate links lived in sad spreadsheets or weird bit.ly URLs buried in Instagram captions? Yeah, that era is over. Today, your average creator's “Link in Bio” is:

  • A ShopMy storefront with matching skin tone icons

  • A Notion aesthetic master list (organized by mood board)

  • A Stan Store that looks like a Gen Z Sephora shelf

  • A Milkshake page titled “MY RITUALS” with direct affiliate links to everything from adaptogens to LED face masks

Why is this happening and why is this working?
