HelloZ
Hi hi hiiiiii! First thing’s first: If anyone is interested in a Cision share with moi, me, yours truly, please hit me up and I’ll share the deets! I’m asking here before posting in any groups, so please respond ASAP. Thank you!
A fun update: if you’re attending
and ’s AMA this afternoon, I’ll be the affiliate expert on the panel answering all of your burning questions. Looking forward to it!My birthday is tomorrow and the number I’m going to be is INSANITY to me. I feel like I still say things in my head like “When I grow up…" when I’m thinking about concepts I still don’t understand. Like the difference between a SEP-IRA, Roth IRA and just an IRA. “I’ll figure it out when I grow up.” SIGH.
But I’m super duper grateful for all of the things and all of my friends, family, people in my life that make me happy and make me feel good! That includes all of you and all the support I always feel with your kind words and referrals. It truly means so much to me!
Okay, LFG!
Zlata Boughts
Some new launches in your ear.
Does anyone use MyFitnessPal for tracking their food? I do and I love it! They announced a few new features that were launched yesterday, so I thought I’d share:
Voice log: you can say what you eat and the app will suggest matches.
Weekly habits: helps you build healthy routines through manageable goals
Food suggestions: provides you with food recommendations that are curated by RDs in an effort to help people increase their intake of essential nutrients. This is a fun one because they also give tips on how to incorporate these foods into your daily meals.
Huge Blue Diamond brand fan over here! The brand just launched Mike’s Hot Honey Almonds in partnership with Mike’s Hot Honey. Let me tell you: they’re insanely good!
Guess the theme of today’s Zlata Boughts is food-related. No surprise there! Laird Superfood has brownie and cookie mixes that are delicious, gluten free and innocuously packed with veggies and minimally processed ingredients. I love this SuperFood Cookie Mix and these Chocolate Chip Brownies.
Question for the masses: Has anyone tried/is anyone using ARMRA? Looking for feedback! Please message, DM, email, comment, whatever!

The documentary details how the singer’s world came to a halt six years ago, addresses his health issues and the impact of his Parkinson’s diagnosis, while showcasing the central role music continues to play in his life. The documentary began filming in early 2022, during the recording sessions for his 13th studio album “Patient Number 9” and will continue filming into summer as Ozzy attempts to take the stage for one final performance with his Black Sabbath bandmates at Villa Park in his hometown of Birmingham on July 5.
