Happy Friday eve! It is inexplicably the week before Thanksgiving and we have made it to Let’s Circle Back After The Holidays land! Between traveling, working, and all the work that comes with the not working part of life, I am — as I’m sure are you — busy of the AF variety.

NYC really is the best at everything. Including (especially?!) counterfeit goods. Federal officials busted up a $1B collection of fake handbags and shoes in Manhattan this week, marking the largest counterfeit seizure in U.S. history.
Harry Styles shaved his head and fans are not happy about it.
“Okay, but are you taking it too far maybe?” That’s what leaders of the House of Representatives Select Committee on Competition with the Chinese Communist Party essentially said in a letter to Apple Chief Executive Tim Cook. Lawmakers are concerned about the cancellation of popular Apple TV+ show The Problem With Jon Stewart, particularly that the show was dropped because of Stewart’s planned coverage of China and AI.
Presidential hopeful Nikki Haley said last week that if she is elected, social media companies would be required to authenticate commenters’ identities. She clarified her comments this week saying she didn’t “mind anonymous American people having free speech.”
