HelloZ
Hi, hi and hello! I’m not sure where the summer is going, but it sure is moving quickly! I’m loving all of the content on my feed of my friends and industry colleagues away on lovely travel vacations, spending time with family, and just “SLIVING” as my old client Paris Hilton would say.
Hopefully you also have a plan to get some R&R in this summer. As a fellow publicist, I know you’re already deep into ‘back to school’ season with your clients, even if you yourself aren’t in that headspace yet. It’s a weird time for sure.
For our affiliate talk today, we’re taking a deep dive into Vocab land. Let’s face it: In the world of publishing and marketing, knowledge is power, and vocabulary is the weapon. Today I’m arming you with everything affiliate with a new glossary that’s yours for the keeping. This is for my paid subscribers only, so if you’re not one yet, now’s your chance!
By the way, I use the term “Jiminy Click-It” in a very fun way and that, if nothing else, is worth it.
LFG, people!

Max is offering U.S. college students a 50% discount on its ad-supported streaming service, reducing the monthly charge from $9.99 to $4.99 per month. Max is partnering with UNiDAYS, a leading verification-enabled platform for students, to confirm students' active status. When verification is complete, users will receive a unique discount code to redeem on Max.com. This offer will last for 12 months following sign-up. I for sure did not have time to watch TV in college. Like, for SURE. In fact, if I had an iPhone “back in those days” I’d flunk out most definitely.
